Yes! 

Simply find or create your location on Foursquare, then click "claim here" on the bottom right-hand side of the listing!

Please note, though, that there are a few caveats with 'moving targets':

1. Moving Targets can be tricky to locate within the Foursquare app as the "Places" tab populates with places nearest to a person.  You should create the Moving Target with the location that it is in most often, even though it moves throughout the day.
2. You should make sure to include a call-to-action to use Foursquare by training employees and drivers, as well as putting up window clings where possible (these are free to request)
3. Our advanced cheating algorithm identifies people right away who are checking in places they are not physically at, which makes awarding points and mayorships difficult for moving venues.  We therefore recommend having a check-in Special that is awarded after 1 visit.
